How much are the lessons? Price of the lessons are $18.00 per 30 min lesson. Lessons are paid in advance monthly.

What day and times are available? Monday through Friday 3:00-8:00, Saturday 10:00-5:00. To find out if a particular space is available email me. Or call (602) 796-4351.
What will I learn? Lessons are geared for the individual. Students are encouraged to bring in CD's of their favorite music to study the style and technique of music that they enjoy. Along with that, all students will learn how to read music, music theory, and guitar set up and maintenance.
What types of music will I learn? Rock, Jazz, Metal, Country, Funk, Classical whatever you want!!
What skill level do you teach? From beginner to advanced
I've never played guitar before, is that ok? Absolutely. Any teacher will tell you that it is very rewarding to watch a student develop from the ground up!
What ages do you teach? Ages 8 and up. Due to the physical element involved in playing guitar, I recommend a child be at least 8 years old to start lessons.
What do I need to bring? Just your guitar and a pick, if you have an electric guitar the amp is provided.
Do you teach bass? No, I do not.
Do you do "house calls"? No, my schedule does not allow me to travel house to house.
The fine print....
Payments --- Monthly payments are due the last week of the previous month in full (unless otherwise agreed upon with the teacher). Payments may be made by check, cash, or online payments with your credit or debit cards here. Make your checks payable to Ryan McKay. There is a $30 fee for returned (ISF) checks.
Cancellation policy --- 24 hour notice by phone or email, and the lesson will be rescheduled or postponed until the following week at no charge. Without 24 hour notice the student loses the lesson credit and is still responsible for payment.
